광복절 (Gwangbokjeol) is a holiday in South Korea celebrating liberation from Japanese occupation on August 15, 1945. This year our Taekwondo demonstration team performed our signature Taekwondo Demonstration for a huge crowd of over 1000 local Korean celebrants hosted by the Korean Society of Metro Detroit at Halmich Park on Sunday, August 12th 2012.
